The Point of Marketing
“Getting the word out!” That’s one of the hardest things to accomplish in the beginning of a new church. In fact, it is difficult to market anything new. A lot of people, in the church-world, think that marketing is a non-spiritual, taboo, avoid-at-all-costs part of building a church. You can have the greatest product in the world – you promote it on a billboard in the middle of the deepest, darkest jungle – no one sees it! How good will your product do? Not too well. The church has the greatest message and the greatest master – we should share the truths of Christ with the greatest marketing possible.
