What a Sunday!
I love Sundays! I get to do what I love and what I am called to!
The service was very exciting and passionate. Our Worship Arts Team was fantastic – they sounded great and led some great worship. After the service I was able to speak with several people who said the message was “needed”, “perfect for them”, “practical” and “to the point.” It feels good to get some feedback from people in the church.
Our attendance used to fluctuate so much … it has become more and more consistent. We are having our largest numbers since we started over 1 year ago. Consistency is a sign of growth!
We also had our Connection Reception after the service. The place that we originally booked was “closed for renovations” – they never let us know. It was my test to live out the sermon on ager! We had to switch locations on the spot. So 41 people from The Point invaded another restaurant. It was great connecting with several new people at the church and some that have been around for a little bit.
When I got home at 3:30 pm I was able to say, “I gave God my best today!” It’s the best feeling in the world!!!
