Consistency

How do you teach consistency?  That is the question in my gut today.  There were about 50+ regular attenders absent yesterday @ The Point (regular = at least once per month).  We still had a pretty decent turnout, but it would have been much, much larger.

I believe consistency is a KEY to spiritual growth … it may not be the only key, but it is one of them.  We have to be consistent in our personal time with God … family time … finances … church attendance … discipline … relationships.  All of the require consistency to grow!  If we aren’t consistent we become complacent!

Our team will look at “Ways to Build Consistency” in the following areas: Attendance, Personal Invitations, Volunteering, and Tithing.  It should be a fun discussion!

Are you consistent as a leader?
