ETA is simply a short expression for Estimated Time of Arrival.  There are a lot of people who habitually run late.  They can’t get anywhere on time.  It’s crazy.  No there are those times when it is NECESSARY to be late – emergency, kids, work, etc.  When we hired our interns this year I asked them, “What is on time?”  My answer always is 5 minutes early!

I remember hearing a message in Bible college.  The speaker said, “Those who arrive early/on time are basically saying, ‘How can I help? I am here out of respect for your time.’ Those who arrive late are saying, ‘Serve me.  Everything should be well-prepared by the time I get there.’

Choose to be a servant!

BTW … The Point still begins @ 10:30 on Sunday mornings!
