Creative Slumps

There are three basic types of learning styles. The three most common are visual (you have to see it), auditory (you have to hear it), and kinesthetic (you have to do it – tactile learners).  Churches have to learn how to utilize all three of them, but that requires a lot of creative thinking; which equals work!  If we don’t we may fail to connect with the people in our seats!

For the last few weeks I have focused on auditory learning – why?  Because life has been real busy.  I haven’t created any video message starters and barely jumped on the powerpoint trail.  Maybe I have not been fully connecting with our church.  Maybe?

“I’m B-a-a-a-a-a-ck.”  Got a starter video this week that will help create a mood for learning.

I think the goal of every service should be to use all 3 styles of learning as often as possible.

The most creative churches inspire people toward tactile learning!  How will you do that this Sunday?
